Updated historical home price graph

For those who are interested, I have finally gotten around to updating my home price graphs. The national graph now has a new feature: pre-bubble trend lines.

  1. I added trend lines to your graph last year to demonstrate to the local Board of Realtors that (1)with a “natural trend” it would have been 2028 before we reached the price peak achieved in 2006.

    (2)It should be almost two decades before their sellers will reach that price again and therefore we should not resist lowering prices. Thank you for adding the trend lines, and making this data easy to access.
